Ingredients
- 40 g almond sticks
- 4 medium carrot (s)
- 2 large apples
- 3 tablespoon oil (safflower oil)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice and some zest
- 2 orange (s), or blood oranges
- 1 pinch (s) raw cane sugar
- sea-salt
- Pepper White

- Toast the almond sticks.
- Wash and grate the carrots and apples. Peel the carrots beforehand. Halve and squeeze the lemon, rub off some of the peel. Squeeze oranges.
- Mix the orange dressing with all the specified ingredients in a bowl. To taste. Pour it over the grated carrot and apple mixture, mix well. Let it steep a little while covering the salad.
- Season to taste again before serving and add the roasted almond sticks to the salad.
