- 200 g carrot (s)
- 1 large apple
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 1 small lemon (s)
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- some erythritol (sugar substitute) or sugar

- Peel and grate the carrots and apple. Cut the spring onion into rings. Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice well with the prepared ingredients and oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and erythritol or sugar. Let it steep for an hour.
