Carrot Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Flour – 120 Grams
  • Cinnamon – 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Ground Ginger – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Nutmeg – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Soda – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Milk – 180 Milliliters
  • Vegetable oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Lemon juice – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
  • Carrots – 120 Grams

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  3. Combine flour, spices, baking powder, and baking soda.
  4. Add vegetable oil and milk. Beat with a mixer so that no lumps remain.
  5. Then add the syrup, lemon juice, grated carrots and continue whisking until smooth.
  6. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Spread out about 3 tablespoons. dough in the center, level and bake 3-4 minutes on each side. Do the same with the rest of the test.
