Carrot Pancakes

I suggest making carrot pancakes. They are lush, spicy, and aromatic. Perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea. Serve with maple syrup and walnuts.

Ingredients
- Flour – 120 Grams
- Cinnamon – 3/4 Teaspoons
- Ground Ginger – 1/4 Teaspoon
- Nutmeg – 1/4 Teaspoon
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Soda – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Milk – 180 Milliliters
- Vegetable oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Lemon juice – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
- Carrots – 120 Grams
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
- Combine flour, spices, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add vegetable oil and milk. Beat with a mixer so that no lumps remain.
- Then add the syrup, lemon juice, grated carrots and continue whisking until smooth.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Spread out about 3 tablespoons. dough in the center, level and bake 3-4 minutes on each side. Do the same with the rest of the test.
