- 400 g carrot (s)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice
- 0.5 ½ shallot (s), very finely diced
- 1 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped
- 20 g iner, freshly rated
- sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper

- Beat the remaining ingredients for the vinaigrette with the whisk and pour over the carrots.
