Ingredients
- 6 large carrot (s)
- 1 medium onion (s), half grated, half diced
- possibly parsley, fresh
For the vinaigrette:
- 1 orange (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt and pepper

- Squeeze the orange and mix the juice together with oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to form a vinaigrette.
- Finely grate the carrots and mix together with the onion with the vinaigrette. Possibly Garnish with a little fresh parsley.
