Ingredients
- 400 g lamb`s lettuce
- 3 small carrot (s)
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 8 tomato (s), dried in oil
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, tomato or white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoon oil, (from the tomato oil)
- 1 tablespoon water
- salt and pepper

- Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan and let them cool. Wash, clean and drain the lamb`s lettuce. Cut the carrots into thin slices. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips.
- Mix the oil, vinegar and water together and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with the salad ingredients.
- Jacketed potatoes with quark, for example, go well with this.
