Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, preferably lamb and beef
- 400 g cauliflower
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon harissa
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 packet bacon, thin slices, more if necessary

- Cook the cauliflower very soft.
- Mix the minced meat with the egg, the boiled cauliflower, the breadcrumbs and the spices.
- Form a basket out of the bacon and distribute the minced meat evenly over the bacon. Leave a generous edge. Chop up the feta with a fork and add to the mince. Now carefully roll up the bacon.
- Place in the oven at 180 ° for approx. 60 minutes.
