Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 2 shallot (s), finely chopped
- 100 g potato (s), rouhly diced
- 500 g Swiss chard, cut into strips
- 1 dl white wine
- 0.5 dl ½ vermouth, (Noilly Prat)
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 50 g butter flakes, cold
- 1 dl cream
- nutmeg
- salt
- Black pepper from the mill

- Heat the butter and sauté the shallots until translucent, then add the potatoes and the chard,
- Simmer briefly and deglaze with the wine and Noilly Prat. Pour in the broth and simmer over medium heat for around 30 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Puree with the hand blender, stir in the butter flakes and cream, season with the spices.
