Ingredients

  • 200 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g paprika, cut into strips, frozen
  • 150 g corn, round
  • 50 g brown rice, round
  • 10 peppercorns, ground
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200 g milk
  • 200 g cheese (oat cheese roll)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ turmeric
  • Fat, for greasing the frying pan

Instructions

  1. 20 cm Æ frying pan with lid
  2. 2 servings
  3. Mix the quark, paprika strips, dry ingredients and milk together well.
  4. Cut the goat`s cheese roll into thick slices, add 4 of them aside.
  5. Mix everything together for a good 3 minutes at medium level,
  6. Pour into the greased frying pan, press the 4 slices of goat cheese a little into the batter, close the lid.
  7. Slowly bake through on level two of six possible levels for approx. 60-75 minutes, the surface should no longer shine and the cake should move easily when you move the pan back and forth.
