Rice Pancakes with Cheese

Rice pancakes with cheese are a real find for a hearty snack. The successful combination of boiled rice and cheese provides a very interesting taste. Rice pancakes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients

  • Rice (dry) – 200 g
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Onions – 150 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Flour – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 50 ml

Directions

  1. Prepare ingredients.
  2. Rinse the rice, pour 350 ml of water and cook over low heat until tender (20 minutes). The rice should be crumbly. ool the finished rice.
  3. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Finely chop the onions.
  5. Mix eggs, flour and cooked rice in a deep bowl.
  6. Add salt, black pepper, onion and cheese. Mix well.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spoon the mixture into the pan, forming the pancakes.
  8. Fry the rice pancakes for 3 minutes, then turn over to the other side and fry for another 3 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot rice pancakes with sour cream.
