Ingredients
For the dough:
- 300 grams flour
- 150 g butter
- 80 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 egg (s)
For covering:
- 6 egg (s)
- 250 grams sugar
- 750 g quark, (20% fat)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 lemon (s)
- 50 g cornstarch
- 100 g butter

- Knead the ingredients of the shortcrust pastry into a firm mass and let it rest in a cool place for approx. 1 hour. In the meantime, stir the 6 egg yolks with the sugar until frothy.
