Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Hello everyone, friends! I bring to your attention a recipe for making a very tasty and tender casserole with chicken, tomatoes, broccoli, and cheese. A great healthy meal for the whole family! A bright and juicy chicken and broccoli casserole – great breakfast, light lunch, and chic dinner!

Ingredients
- Broccoli – 250 g
- Chicken fillet – 200 g
- Tomato – 1 pc.
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sour cream (I have 10% fat) – 3 tbsp
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- We disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences, put them in boiling salted water (1 l), and cook from the moment of boiling for 2 minutes. Throw it back on a sieve and let the excess liquid drain.
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. We spread in a well-heated frying pan with 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry the fillets over high heat on all sides until light golden brown.
- Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the tomato into small pieces (I have a variety of cream).
- Drive eggs into a bowl, add sour cream, salt, and black pepper to taste. We mix. Add half of the grated cheese. We mix. Grease the baking dish with 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Put the fried chicken fillet on the bottom of the mold. Fill with the prepared filling.
- Spread the broccoli, lightly heating. Now we spread the tomato slices. Sprinkle with the second half of the grated cheese. We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes (look at your oven, I only have a bottom heating).
- Chicken fillet casserole with broccoli is ready! It turns out to be very tasty and tender!
