Sometimes the classic recipes are boring. I would like to breathe new life into the dishes, add unexpected ingredients. Inspired, I decided to do something extraordinary with a memorable taste.

Ingredients
Almonds – 0.5 Cups
Chicken breast – 1 Piece
Celery, stems – 5 Pieces
Green onions, feathers – 2 Pieces
Red grapes – 100 Grams
Dijon Mustard – 2 Teaspoons
Mayonnaise – 0.5 cups
Dried dill – 1
Apricot jam – 3 Tbsp. spoons
Salt – To taste
Ground black pepper – To taste
Directions
Preheat a dry skillet. Fry the peeled and chopped almonds on it until golden brown. It will take you 3-4 minutes. Then remove it to cool.
Boil the breast in salted water until tender. When it’s cool, cut the meat into small pieces.
Chop the celery finely. Combine it with the chicken in a salad bowl.
Then finely chop the washed green onions. Send it to the salad bowl.
Add grapes in half to the salad. It is best to remove the bones.
Finally, add almonds to the salad.
Season the dish with mustard and mayonnaise.
Add dill, pepper, salt and jam. Mix everything well.
Serve the salad immediately in a bowl or spread over toast bread.
