Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 2 scoops mozzarella
  • 3 large tomato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 sprig (s) rosemary, fresh
  • Oregano, dried
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top / bottom heat.
  2. Cut the chicken breast fillets in half and divide each into two schnitzels. Season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
  3. Cut tomatoes, mozzarella and garlic into slices. Top the chicken schnitzel first with the tomatoes, then with the mozzarella. Put the garlic in the baking dish as well. Then sprinkle the rosemary and the remaining spices on top. Place the baking dish in the middle rack and bake for 15-20 minutes.
