- 1 mozzarella
- 2 medium tomato (s)

- Season the turkey breast fillets with salt, pepper and paprika on both sides, drizzle with honey and spread well, then store in the refrigerator for at least an hour so that the marinade can soak in. While the fillets are in the refrigerator, tomatoes and mozzarella can be cut into slices.
- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
