  • 500 g turkey or chicken, cut into strips
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 350 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • some parmesan
  • some basil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

  • 5 clove (s) garlic
  • 250 ml Cremefine for cooking or cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion and garlic into cubes and fry in olive oil. Then add the turkey meat cut into strips (can also be prepared with chicken). Sear it briefly!
  2. Then deglaze the whole thing with the white wine and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the vegetable stock and the cream or Cremefine and let simmer. Use a little flour or light sauce thickener to thicken.
  3. Now dice the tomatoes and add them with the chopped mozzarella. Serve hot with rice or pasta, with parmesan if you want.
