  • 250 g turkey schnitzel
  • 1 sachet mozzarella
  • 1 can (s) tomato (s), chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 50 ml white wine

Instructions

  1. Fry the turkey schnitzel briefly and then season. Fill the small baking dish with tomatoes, season with salt and sugar. Place the schnitzel on top. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on the turkey escalope.
  2. 10 min. In the oven, full bottle baked. With pasta or rice.
