  • 800 g chicken schnitzel
  • 300 grams bacon
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Spice mixture (chine spice)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the chicken schnitzel with pepper, some salt and Chinese spices, wrap with the bacon. Fry on both sides for about 4 minutes.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on the schnitzel, briefly put in the oven over low heat (approx. 110 - 120 ° C) until the mozzarella has melted.
