  • 2 vine tomato (s)
  • 1 ball mozzarella, light
  • Handful basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat and brush a baking dish with a little olive oil.
  2. Work the turkey meat into thin slices with a meat tenderizer and season with salt and pepper. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into thin slices. Spread the pesto on one side of the meat with a spoon and top with tomato and mozzarella. Place two to three basil leaves on top and roll them up carefully. The roulades may need to be fixed with a few toothpicks so that they don`t fall apart.
  3. Put the olive oil in a coated pan and fry the roulades on all sides. Then put the roulades in the baking dish and season with a little oregano. Put everything in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. A mixed salad with rocket goes well with it.
