Chicken Breast Fillet with Mozzarella and Tomato

Instructions

Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Slice. Wash the tomatoes, cut out the stalks and cut into slices. Drain the mozzarella and cut into thick slices.
Layer the chicken breast fillet with tomato and mozzarella in a fan-like shape in an ovenproof dish. Salt and pepper.
Cook for approx. 25 minutes at 200 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 180 ° C) in the preheated oven until the mozzarella is golden brown.
Serve garnished with basil leaves.
We always serve rosemary potatoes as a side dish.
