  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 1 can pineapple, pieces
  • 4 slices cheese (Gouda)
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • some cornstarch to tie

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the chicken breast fillet, season with curry and fry well on both sides in a pan with a little oil. Take out of the pan and place in a baking dish. Top with pieces of pineapple, put ham and cheese on top. Baked in an oven preheated to 200 ° C until the cheese has melted and begins to turn brown.
  2. Remove the roast set from the pan with the broth. Stir in the cream cheese, season with curry, season with salt and pepper as required. If you like, you can thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch.
