  • 1 kg chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 can peach (s)
  • 6 slices ham, raw
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 glass curry sauce
  • possibly pistachios

Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches and cut into wedges. Fry the chicken breast fillet in a pan, cut into slices and place in a baking dish. Place the peach wedges on the meat. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in the curry sauce. Pour the cream and curry mixture over the meat and peaches and spread. Bake the chicken casserole at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the ham into fine strips and place on the casserole halfway through the cooking time. Garnish with chopped pistachios as desired.
