Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g suar snap peas
  • 100 g bean sprouts, from the jar
  • 250 g noodles, (Mie noodles)
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and cut into 1 cm wide strips. Mix with 2 tablespoon soy sauce and honey and leave to marinate covered for about 30 minutes.
  2. Peel and cut the onions into eighths. Wash and clean the sugar snap peas and cut into oblique strips. Drain the sprouts. Dab the meat with kitchen paper and mix well with the cornstarch. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken in portions until golden brown. Take out of the pan. Fry the onions and add the snow peas. Add meat, pasta and sprouts and heat. Season with the rest of the soy sauce and season with salt.
