Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • 200 ml milk, low-fat
  • 0.5 ½ cube vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt, low-fat
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 100 g cheese, low-fat
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-cook the kohlrabi in salted water for about 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the chicken breast and zucchini into cubes.
  3. Heat the oil in the pan, fry the onions, garlic, add the meat, brown, briefly sear the zucchini cubes, fill up with milk and 100 ml kohlrabi water and half the stock cube, mix in the cream, yoghurt and cheese, finally add the kohlrabi, everything again for approx. 7 more Cook for minutes on low heat, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Noodles go well with it.
