Ingredients
- 50 g rice (whole rain rice)
- 90 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 200 g tomato (s) (lass or can) with juice
- 100 g apple
- 20 g onion (s) or shallot
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
- 5 ml soy sauce or Maggi
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- chili
- mineral water

- Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces and sauté in a coated Teflon pan with sparkling mineral water (you can of course also fry it in oil, but I`m not a fan of fat and oil). Peel and chop the onion and fry in the pan. The apple is also cut into small pieces and added. Steam everything briefly and season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes with juice and let everything simmer. Now season the whole thing with curry powder, soy sauce and the other spices.
- The pan can now be served with the rice.
- Tip: If you like sweet and sour, you can add a splash of liquid sweetener.
