Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 4 lime (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 bunch rocket
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 250 ml cremefine
  • chili
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the juice of 3 - 4 limes and the soy sauce in a fresh box or a freezer bag. Chop the garlic and chilli and add. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions and set aside. Cut the peppers into cubes.
  3. Take the chicken out of the marinade and let it drain briefly. Then fry in a large pan for 2 minutes, add the pepper pieces and continue frying until everything is cooked through.
  4. Then add the marinade and the Cremefine (or cream) and bring everything to a boil. Put the pasta in the pan and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
  5. Wash the rocket and then lay it out in a bowl and serve everything together.
