Chicken Potato Sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 1 Kilogram
  • Potatoes – 1 Kilogram
  • Onion – 1-2 Pieces
  • Carrots – 1-2 Pieces
  • Garlic – 2-3 Cloves
  • Vegetable oil – 4-6 Art. spoons
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Pepper – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. First you need to wash and dry the chicken. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan and send the chicken pieces there. Fry on both sides until golden brown. The recipe for making potato sauce with chicken can be slightly modified and not pre-fry the poultry.

  7. Depending on the size of the chicken and potato pieces, the sauce will be ready in 30-60 minutes after boiling. Chopped fresh herbs can be added before serving.
