Chicken, Pumpkin and Cheese Casserole

The dish turned out to be very interesting in taste. Soft, juicy chicken fillet and pumpkin puree with a slight sharpness of the cheese and sour cream.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 700 g
  • Peeled pumpkin – 700 g
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Sour cream – 150 g
  • Mayonnaise – 150 g
  • Chicken seasoning
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Butter – 30 g
  • White breadcrumbs – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, salt, pepper, and season. Three pumpkins and cheese on a coarse grater. Add mayonnaise and sour cream to the pumpkin with cheese and knead everything well. You can add some grated ginger.
  2. Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread half of the pumpkin cheese mixture. Lay the chicken fillet on top.
  3. Then the remaining pumpkin-cheese mixture. Sprinkle it a little with breadcrumbs. We put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake the chicken casserole for 50-60 minutes.
  4. Let the finished chicken casserole cool slightly and cut into pieces. You can also serve the casserole like this. Prepare potato pancakes from grated potatoes. Top with a slice of chicken casserole.
