  • 600 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 450 g croquettes
  • 400 g red cabbae (apple red cabbae), frozen
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into flat cutlets. Then plate with the meat tenderizer.
  2. Then fry the diced onion and the pressed garlic in a pan until translucent, season with paprika. Season the chicken schnitzel with salt and pepper and cover with onions and garlic with a tablespoon. Then roll up the chicken roulade and secure the ends with a roulade needle.
  3. Bake the croquettes on a baking sheet at 200 ° C top / bottom heat in the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
  4. Simmer the apple red cabbage in a small saucepan for about 5 - 7 minutes at a low temperature.
  5. Fry the chicken roulades in a pan with oil on all sides. Make sure that the roulades cook through, this is important for poultry meat.
  6. When everything is cooked and baked, arrange on the plates and Bon Appétit!
