Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 250 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 85 g rice
  • 150 g suar snap peas
  • 6 kebab skewers
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the garlic with the chili powder and the soy sauce. Cut the poultry into thin strips, mix with the marinade and set aside.
  2. Chop the snow peas into small pieces or leave them whole and heat with a little oil in a pan. Then salt and mix with the rice.
  3. Now stick the poultry on the skewers and fry them in the pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Then serve with the rice. I wish a good appetite 🙂
