Chicken Sauce

A good sauce is a must-have for a meat, fish or vegetable dish. It is relevant for chicken, which by itself does not have a bright taste. Here’s a recipe for how to make chicken sauce.

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Butter – 30 grams
  • Cream – 150 Milliliters (fatty)
  • Parmesan – 100 Grams
  • Ground salt and pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. I put butter in a frying pan and put it on low heat, melt the butter and make sure it doesn’t darken
  2. Pour room temperature cream into the butter in a thin stream and stir continuously with a wooden spoon.
  3. I add salt and ground pepper to taste, bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a minimum, cook for another 5 minutes. Stir all the time.
  4. Remove the sauce from the heat and add the grated cheese, stir until completely dissolved.
  5. I bring the finished sauce to taste with spices and pour over the chicken pieces. Serve hot.
