Chicken Wings Baked with Broccoli and Pumpkin

Add broccoli and pumpkin to diversify the baked chicken wings recipe. Vegetables will make the dish healthy and interesting, and also serve as an excellent side dish. Thanks to short pickling in a mixture of spices and mayonnaise with garlic, chicken wings are very juicy and aromatic. And baked pumpkin and broccoli are tender and soaked in the juice of chicken wings.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings – 250-300 g (3 pcs.)
  • Broccoli (fresh or frozen) – 300 g
  • Pumpkin – 300 g
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Hops-suneli – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Butter (for greasing the mold) – 20 g

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary products. If you are using frozen broccoli, you do not need to defrost it first. The foil will also be needed during the cooking process.
  2. Peel the garlic, pass through a press and mix in a bowl with mayonnaise. Mix the surely hops in another bowl with paprika, salt, and ground pepper.
  3. Wash the chicken wings, dry, and rub with a mixture of spices.
  4. Then we grease the wings with mayonnaise with garlic and leave to marinate for 15 minutes (if time permits, it can be longer).
  5. We clean the pumpkin, rinse and cut it into cubes.
  6. We wash the broccoli and disassemble it into inflorescences.
  7. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees
    Grease the baking dish with butter, put the pumpkin on the bottom.
  8. Put the pickled wings on top.
  9. Fill the voids in the mold with broccoli inflorescences. Fill with 100 ml of water and pour over with vegetable oil.
  10. Cover the form with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake the chicken with vegetables for 20 minutes.
  11. Then we take out, remove the foil, send the form with wings and vegetables back to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown (be guided by the features of your oven).
  12. Chicken wings baked with broccoli and pumpkin, serve hot.
