Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg chicken wings

For the marinade:

  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 5 spring onion (s)
  • 3 chilli pepper (s), (Habaneros)
  • 2 tablespoon thyme, fresher
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 teaspoons allspice, ground
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 3 small lime (s), add the juice

Instructions

  1. Puree all the ingredients for the marinade in a blender. Marinate the chicken wings overnight in the refrigerator (or at least 2 hours at room temperature). Then bake in the oven at 225 ° for 20 minutes. Remove, brush with the rest of the marinade, turn over and place in the oven for another 15 minutes. Repeat this process until the chicken wings are nice and brown.
