Wash the chickweed, spin dry and chop. Mix yoghurt with quark or cream cheese and horseradish until smooth - if necessary, adjust the amount and consistency as desired with a little more yoghurt or quark / cream cheese. Clean and dice the radishes. Now mix everything and season to taste.
Tastes particularly good on grainy rolls or dark, strong bread - but also as a dip with crispbread, Finn Crisp, bread chips or something like that.
You get a completely different, but also suitable, note if you use about 1/4 to 1/2 red-cheeked apple instead of the radishes.
Chickweed is by no means just bird food or even weeds, but very healthy and contains a lot of vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, iron - as well as silica, selenium, B vitamins and calcium. In addition, it is available almost all year round as fresh greens. If you don`t have / find no chickweed - you can use e.g., Use groundweed or garden cress.
