Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls lamb`s lettuce
  • 0.5 ½ chicory
  • 2 tablespoon cranberries, dried and chopped
  • 1 tangerine (s), fresh

For the dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, fresh, chopped

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce. Cut the chicory into strips and wash. Peel the mandarin and chop the pieces a little more.
  2. Stir the dressing together and season to taste.
  3. Mix the lamb`s lettuce with the chicory and place on plates or in bowls. Then pour the cranberries and mandarins over them and pour the dressing over them.
