Ingredients

  • 3 chicory
  • 1 grapefruit (s), pink or yellow
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, brown

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicory and cut into strips approx. 0.5 cm wide. Peel and fillet the grapefruit and cut the fillets into pieces, making sure to collect the juice!
  2. Mix the grapefruit juice with the yogurt, coriander and sugar to make a salad marinade. Mix the chicory strips and grapefruit pieces and serve with the sauce.
  3. Tip: Pink grapefruit usually tastes a bit finer than yellow.
