- 500 g chicory
- 75 g bacon, mixed
- 30 g mararine
- 2 onions)
- 30 grams flour
- 1 liter meat broth
- Salt and nutmeg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon sour cream or sour cream
- Parsley, chopped

- Clean the chicory and cut into strips. Dice the bacon and leave it in hot margarine. Put the diced onions with the chicory in the hot fat. Sauté lightly, but do not brown. Dust with flour, stir well and let sweat through. Pour meat stock on top. Cook for 7 minutes. Season with salt and nutmeg. Take the pot off the plate.
- Mix egg yolks with sour cream. Alloy the hot soup with it. No more cooking. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
