- 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ herbs, mixed, dried
- Garlic powder
- 3 tablespoon oil, unflavored

- Peel the potatoes and cut into sticks. To do this, first cut the potatoes into slices and then place them on top of each other to cut them into chips. Put in water (can also be prepared some time in advance).
- Drain well before actually preparing and pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Put the potatoes in a bowl and mix well with the paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, herbs and oil. This is best done with your hands. Then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 35 minutes. Then turn the oven up to 220 ° C and let the fries brown for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
- Tip: I usually put zucchini cubes on the baking sheet so that my day children can also have a vegetable side dish. The fries are her all time favorite.
