- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove (s) garlic, more to taste
- herbs Provence
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- olive oil

- Peel and chop raw potatoes (into cubes or slices).
- Place in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper. Pour olive oil over them.
- Cook in the oven at 200 degrees circulating air for about 30 minutes.
- Cut the onions into quarters and finely chop the garlic, with
- Add the Provence herbs and paprika powder to the potatoes and cook for another 30 minutes.
