Ingredients
- 250 g potato (s)
- 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon walnuts
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- Herbal salt and pepper from the mill
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

- Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices. Cut the chilli pepper into fine rings. Put the potatoes and chilli in a bowl. Peel and mash the garlic. Fold into the potato and chilli mixture together with the parsley, sunflower, walnut and pumpkin seeds. Season to taste with herb salt and pepper.
- Put the olive oil in an ovenproof dish and pour in all the ingredients. Put the nut potatoes in the preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees (gas: setting 2 to 3) for about 35 to 40 minutes until crispy.
