Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 250 g pork, finely chopped
  • a bit salt
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 300 g ribbon noodles, Chinese

Instructions

  1. Cut the cleaned cauliflower into florets. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and fry the cauliflower with the meat in it, add a little salt. Then add the peeled, diced onion and roast. Now add the soy sauce. Pour in the meat stock and cook for about 35 minutes. Bind with cornstarch mixed in cold water.
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes, then drain. Heat the remaining oil and fry the pasta in it until golden brown. Add the pasta to the meat, heat it and then serve.
