Ingredients
- 280 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 6 egg (s), separated
- 8 rib / s chocolate (cooking chocolate)
- 240 g flour
- 1 ½ kg apricot (s), fresh or canned apricot halves
- Butter for the sheet
- possibly sugar for sprinkling

- Beat the butter, sugar and yolk until frothy, fold in the softened chocolate, flour and stiffly beaten egg white. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and cover with apricot halves (cut surface facing up!). Bake at 150 ° C in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes.
- Let cool down and sprinkle with sugar if necessary.
