Ingredients

  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 75 g butter, soft
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 500 g ricotta, quark or cream cheese
  • 1 packet pudding powder, (vanilla)
  • 200 g suar

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, salt, 75 g sugar, butter, egg yolks and 2 tablespoons cocoa (more or less if you like) to form a dough and use them to lay out the greased springform pan.
  2. Mix the crème fraîche, ricotta, 125 g sugar, custard powder and the eggs together. Mix 1/3 of the cream with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Now distribute the two creams on the dough base as desired, either as a pattern or layer in white-brown-white.
  3. Bake at 180 ° C (fan oven 160 ° C) for about 1 hour on the middle rack.
