Chocolate Cream Mousse with Oranges Ingredients

  • Orange – 1 pc.
  • Black chocolate (broken into pieces) – 120 g
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Maple syrup – 3 tbsp
  • Orange liqueur – 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 0.5 cups
  • Orange zest for decoration

Chocolate Cream Mousse with Oranges Instructions

  1. Peel the oranges and remove the film-segments (this must be done over a bowl). Cut the pulp into small pieces. Reserve juice from the bowl.
  2.  In a small saucepan, combine the chopped chocolate, butter, maple syrup, liquor, and reserved orange juice. Heat over low heat.
  3.  Add 1/4 cup sour cream and orange pulp to a saucepan.
  4. Put the chocolate cream in the bowls, put a spoonful of sour cream in each and garnish with fine lemon zest. Serve the chocolate cream immediately.
