Chocolate Muss

Chocolate mousse is made from dark chocolate, eggs, and milk. The mousse is served as a cold dessert.

Ingredients

  • Black bitter chocolate – 100 g
  • Milk – 30 g (2 tablespoon. L.)
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Brown sugar – 25 g
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Chocolate shavings for decoration

How to make the chocolate mousse:

Directions

  1. Put the broken chocolate in a thick-walled saucepan and pour the milk, cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted.
  2. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Whisk the yolks with sugar in a large bowl. Add this mass to milk with chocolate and stir quickly with a whisk, cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  3. Beat egg whites with a mixer until fluffy.
  4. Remove the chocolate mass from the stove, add the whipped egg whites.
  5. Put the chocolate mousse in bowls or other serving portions and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Garnish the chocolate mousse with whipped cream and chocolate chips before serving.
