Chocolate Raspberry Pie

Chocolate raspberry pie is a popular French dessert. The dessert is amazingly tasty, with a rich chocolate flavor. It’s not so difficult to prepare it, it just needs to take a little time. Here is the prescription!

Servings: 4-5

Ingredients

  • Chocolate – 125 Grams
  • Cream – 150 Grams
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 Tbsp the spoon
  • Flour – 1 Glass
  • Butter – 75 grams (dough)
  • Yolk – 2 Pieces
  • Dye – To taste

Directions

  1. Mix cold butter, yolks and flour, knead the dough.
  2. Knead the dough.
  3. Hold the dough in the refrigerator and distribute by hand over the baking dish.
  4. Pierce the dough with a fork and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. Melt the cream with chocolate and sugar.
  6. Add egg and stir chocolate well.
  7. Put raspberries on the dough and pour the chocolate. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  8. Grate the chocolate.
  9. Decorate the cake with raspberries.
  10. Color the raspberries with gold food coloring.
