Chop “Solomon” With Mushroom Sauce

Chops “Solomon” with mushroom sauce – very tasty, juicy and fast! For the recipe, besides pork, you can use beef, chicken breast or turkey. The meat is cooked for 15 minutes, with starch and soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Pork (chop or neck) – 500-600 g
  • Champignon mushrooms – 200 g
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Soy sauce – 80 ml
  • Bulb onions (medium) – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 1 teaspoon
  • Starch – 4 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Preparing ingredients for making solomon
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. I also finely chop the champignons.
  4. I cut the meat into thin slices 5-7 mm thick and beat on both sides. I batter under cling film. I add black pepper.
  5. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a preheated pan, fry the onion until golden brown, adding sugar and salt. I add mushrooms. When the moisture from the mushrooms evaporates, I add flour and, stirring, wait for the characteristic nutty smell of fried flour.
  6. I pour in milk and carcass for a few minutes. Flour is mixed with milk to form a sauce. The sauce should not be thick. If it’s thick, add a little milk. The mushroom sauce is ready.
  7. Roll the meat in starch, then in soy sauce.
  8. I spread the slices in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry over high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
  9. Solomons meat chops with mushroom sauce are ready. I serve the solomons hot and juicy, pour the sauce on top and make a regular salad of fresh tomatoes as a side dish.
