- 1 kg minced meat
- 1 bell pepper (s), no matter the color, alternatively peas and carrots
- 1 can corn
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 packs sauce powder, (herb sauce)
- salt and pepper
- Caraway powder
- Onion (s), diced

- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
- Season the minced meat to taste (with salt, pepper, cumin and onions). Dice the pepper into 1cm pieces.
- Mix the corn and bell pepper with the mince and spread about 3 cm thick on a deep baking sheet. Mix the sour cream and herb sauce well and spread over the mince. Put it in the oven and bake for about 50 - 60 minutes.
- Serve with fresh herb or garlic baguette.
- Tip:
- You can also replace the peppers with peas and carrots (canned of course).
