- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 bunch parsley
- 20 g butter
- salt and pepper
- 150 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
- 200 g cream

- Peel the kohlrabi, potatoes and carrots and cut into thin slices. Clean and wash the mushrooms and also cut into slices. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Fill the vegetables in layers in a buttered casserole dish, adding a little salt and pepper to each layer and sprinkling with parsley. Pour the cream over the vegetables and spread the cheese on top and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 30 - 35 minutes.
